Artist Biography
Born in Drumheller, she lived in many other countries like Argentina, France, Algeria and Venezuela, returning to Canada at the age of 17. At a young age, she developed a love for most things artistic.
Her Aunt Marguerite Wilkinson was an incredibly talented artist who taught and inspired her to have the love for painting she does now.
She has taken several workshops in Calgary, but is basically self taught. Her favourite medium is painting with Acrylics
Artist Statement
“After a long hiatus, I regained the inspiration to rediscover my love for painting. My work is a result of pouring out my heart onto canvas; I focus only on the emotions I am trying to portray and let the paint direct me where to go.
My style and art are continually changing and evolving. Love texture, bright colours, and using many materials besides just paint and canvas
